Photo of the Month - December 1996

This picure was taken in Ongwediva, Namibia, during the recent "Norfolk Scouts on the Move ... to Namibia" event. It shows a new Namibian Scout Leader being invested, at our joint camp. During the three weeks that we were in Namibia, we joined in with the investitures of about 50 new Namibian Scouts and Scouters, making a significant addition to the 2000 current members throughout the country.
